TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
The job of an instructor is to is to help the student achieve his or her goals. Students grasp and retain information that they are seeking at the moment, and learning takes place as students find solutions to the problems they encounter in their own real-world environments. In the adult classroom or courseroom, the instructor is not a performer, but a facilitator. The most fulfilling moments in teaching take place when a student is able to apply what is learned in class to his or her professional experience.
